Sheila MaryHAILS(Whickham, formerly of Hebburn) Peacefully in the QE Hospital on 24th March 2021 aged 85 years. Beloved wife of Bill, a loving mam to Bill, John, Stephen and Richard. A much loved grandmother, great grandmother and a devoted sister. Funeral Service will take place at St Mary's Church, Heworth on Friday 9th April at 10:30am prior to interment in Heworth Burn Cemetery at 11:15am. Sadly, restrictions are in place so close family members only to attend the funeral service. A celebration of Sheila's life will take place at a later date.

I remember Sheila very well from being a small child. The last time I saw Sheila was nearly 3 years ago at my mum's funeral. Sheila and Bill were such a lovely couple. Reunited and at peace at last. My thoughts go out to the family, Georgina Sheriff (formerly Bell)
